Delivery time:
The delivery time for individual line is 3-5 business days, plus shipping transit. The delivery time for corporate line depends on the quantity of pieces you want. (100 pieces approx. 2 weeks).
What brand of Tequila is it?
The brand is Tequila DSGN®, 100% agave white Tequila, made in Arandas, Jalisco.
Minimum purchase:
We do not have minimums, we can make from 1 piece.
What part of the bottle can be customized?
You can use the front of the bottle for your design.
Shipping
Shipping is free for individual orders, while for corporate orders it is quoted depending on the number of bottles you need.

Shipping transit time varies by destination (1 - 3 business days). Extended shipping (3 - 6 business days).

What shipping companies do you use?
We have agreements with the main parcel companies in Mexico.
Is there any coverage if my bottle is damaged or broken during shipping?
Tequila Design includes shipping damage insurance. *It is important that you document the damage so that your bottle can be replaced.

Payment method:
Payment can be made by bank transfer, deposit, BBVA cash register or online via PayPal or Clip.
How can I design my own Tequila?
Let your imagination fly and add people, landscapes, pets, art, products, logos, etc.
What colors can I use for my design?
All colors except metallic and neon colors.
How many people can appear in the bottle?
They can be whatever you want, just remember that if you exceed 8 people, there is an extra cost of $200 MXN.
Can I use 2 images for my design?
If the quality of the images is similar, yes. You will have to consult with the sales team.
Do you have express service?
If we have express service, please ask the sales team.
Is there only Tequila?
We are a Tequila and Mezcal brand.
Can they be sold empty or can I fill them with my own tequila?
We are a Tequila brand. Therefore, they contain our product.
Can we remove the Tequila Design logo or rearrange it?
Due to company policy we cannot modify the logo.
Can I choose another type of bottle?
You can choose any bottle from our product catalogue.
Does the price change if there are more than 20 bottles?
We don't have any discounts.
