Our Tequila

White Espadin Mezcal

We offer mezcals that not only stand out for their flavor, but also for their commitment to quality. Our mezcal complies with the Mexican Official Standard NOM-070-SCFI-2016, a certification that ensures its authenticity and excellence.

Type of Maguey: Espadín Maguey, 8 years cultivated.

Category: Handicraft.

Alcohol Content: 35% Alc. Vol.

Production Process:

  • Baked in a conical stone oven for 5 days, reaching temperatures of 800º C.
  • Grinding in a pink quarry mill (tahona).
  • Natural fermentation in pine wood vats.
  • Distilled in copper and stainless steel stills.

Region: Central valleys of the state of Oaxaca.
